Fabiah Stefanescu is a Florida-licensed attorney and founder of The Summit Law Firm. Her practice focuses on immigration, intellectual property, probate, civil litigation, and business law, with additional experience in personal injury, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
Her professional background includes experience in private practice and in-house corporate legal departments. Before establishing her firm, Fabiah worked with litigation and immigration practices, as well as in the construction and international food distribution industries. Her experience includes commercial contracts, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and exposure to food safety, agriculture, and international trade.
Beyond her legal practice, Fabiah is an entrepreneur who has operated a business with commercial sales in North America and Europe.
Fabiah earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University's Shepard Broad College of Law and her Bachelor of Arts from Florida International University. She speaks English, French, and Haitian Creole.
Outside of her practice, Fabiah enjoys traveling and spending time with family.
